We currently accept payments via Credit Card and bank transfer. If you select “Bank Transfer” during checkout, an invoice with our banking details will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed. Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in its original condition with tags attached.

- Custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Do You Offer Shipping Throughout South Africa?
Absolutely! We ship our products nationwide using Pudo; Courier Guy, and Internet Express. Shipping costs range from R80 to R150, depending on your location. For an exact shipping fee, simply enter your address at checkout.

To keep your handmade items looking their best, we recommend gentle care. For fabric items, hand wash with mild detergent and cold water, then air dry to preserve their quality. Avoid harsh scrubbing or using a washing machine, as this may damage the material.
